Living Area

A couple of steps up from the reception hall leads to the very spacious living area and dining kitchen. A solid ash floor includes a feature Westmorland tile section with electric log effect fire. This is a really sociable space with magnificent views from picture windows. Patio doors lead out onto a large terrace equipped for alfresco dining while enjoying commanding views down the Borrowdale Valley.

The freestanding, handmade oak kitchen has Westmorland slate worktops. It is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, fully electric range cooker with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the other things you’d expect to find. A large table accommodates up to 6 people and there is a washing machine is located in a recess in the upstairs ensuite.
